Im not gonna lie, I think the league has been weaker, but that is not somethign we can control.

Arne has played it pitch perfect with a squad that wasnt his own. PSG had been the only real downer where we were clearly the second best, and to be fair they were pretty **** in the qualifiers., stepping up their game considerably If we had more depth it might have been a different story. We are first and foremost tough to beat. We have scope top improve, and its pretty clear where we can make those improvements. If anything, the rest of the league are ****ting themselves as despite any shortcoming we are still on a completely different level.

We didn't have a challenger as remember its only City who have made this 90/100 points seem the normal. And they **** the bed.

I'm actually a little concerned for Slot after winning the title with what was effectively Klopp's squad, albeit with his own tactics. This title-winning squad will inevitably be dismantled bit by bit over the next few windows so Arne will put his own mark on the first team. I hope he does succeed again with his recruits as there will be pressure to see if he can come up with his own title-winning squad & will he afforded time to do so.

Will there be pressure on Slot? Of course but not an unrealistic amount imo. Most title winning teams (the non financially doped ones anyone) do not win back to back titles so I imagine the expectation will be to again compete for the title but that expectation will not be a win or bust type one.

Aye, I think the fans will expect improvement for sustained challenges for the title /top 3 & champions league along with the odd domestic cup win here & there which is probably in his remit anyway!
