Thanjk you.

I think he’s ****ed either way. One result doesnt change the overall direction of the season particularly if we have been capable of these one off performances throughout. I reckon he needs to win it to save himself.
I also suspect that us getting a doing tomorrow pulls the trigger sooner.

Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
I think the manner of the defeat against City, VVD’s comments and the away fans leaving early have all probably brought the inevitable end early. If they completely drop off again tomorrow and show no fight he’ll be gone.
We won’t finish in the top 5 with that attitude and hopefully someone new can come in short term to give them a good kick up the backsides and get them fighting in those final games.
Really dont see the point of getting rid of him at this stage. Should have been 4 months ago.
People have been saying similar for the last 4 months, a decision should have been made but it wasn't and we've been waiting for the game, and the next game and the next game and here we are.

And if you were a dejected player would you be pulling up trees to try and prevent it.
I'd like to think most players, given a choice of Slot and a Champs League winners medal, or no Slot no medal, would be willing to work for the former even if they don't like him.
I think Slot should’ve been let go a long time ago, however, perhaps we can’t get our preferred target until the summer so we’ve decided to wait. Many have suggested an interim but imagine Gerrard got it and we did well, there’d be a clamor to keep him and we know he isn’t good enough. It happened to United with OGS and you could say with us for Kenny’s second go where he wasn’t really up to it.
Maybe it is Alonso but he doesn’t fancy doing it now in a slump and he can’t turn it around mid season (many managers need a pre season to impose their ideas) and he’d be under pressure already. Maybe it’s someone else….who knows.
One thing that I’m not sure if it’s fully on Slot is the culture around the club seems to be not part of our dna. Ekiteke with the jersey swap mid game, Szozbo gesturing to the fans and a few other situations. I wasn’t the biggest fan of Hendo or Milner but you couldn’t doubt their standards (although Henderson showed his real side a few times)….. I digress, no way Milner allows a young player do that.
We need a big shake up and even above Slot needs to be looked at, good piece by the Anfield Wrap earlier

And Salah and Robbo will likely be gone in the summer too. Will there be anyone left who takes this job as seriously as fans expect they should?
Who is there out there that could come in, senior pros with a professional work ethic who can set standards and lead by example? Feels like we need a talismanic figure in the summer.
Leadership (or the ability to lead) is a vastly underrated skill. Not everyone has it in them. You also need that leader to be playing consistently well also.
I’m not sure who we have. Macca would have been a shout but he has been poor this season. Trent was obviously earmarked by Klopp… Dom seems the obvious candidate.
Not exactly inspiring from Slot “The good thing was after 4-0 that City seemed to be happy with that and we had constant ball possession so they weren’t able to create many more chances."
