Is it me or does the whole month feel like an international month? Arsenal have made it boring. Can't even talk about remaining games, etc.
Edit: Arsenal can only finish on 87 max, and we can match them (with a better goal difference) by winning 7 and losing 3. Or winning 6, drawing 2 and losing 2.
Arsenal are definitely not winning every game so it's likely we're only going to need 5 or 4 more wins. Or even 3.Last edited by BigChief; 03-03-25, 02:49 PM.One tit for another.

I do agree we are in a very good place, and I've been quietly confident for a while - but consider this - we beat Southampton to go 16 clear. Before we next play (Everton H), Arsenal play 3 times. If they pick up all their points and if we draw with Everton, they are then 8 behind. If we slip up and lose against Chelsea (A) they would be just 5 behind coming to Anfield.Originally posted by elrichio86 View PostAn update on the points-per-game chart:

Our PPG so far puts us finishing around 90 points. At their current PPG, Arsenal will finish on 76 points.
If we match Arsenals PPG, we would finish on 86 points. Arsenal would need to win every game just to match that.
A lot of 'ifs' in there and it does require Arsenal to win their next 8, but point is - we haven't won it yet.Really?

Apart from the assist he got, a stonewall pen not given, the shot he should have scored when Dom put him clean through and the 2 great chances he provided for Trent and DiazOriginally posted by baitman View PostHe's been excellent, a real strong, no nonsense left back, he snuffed out much of salah's contributions.
