Also, how was this not a red card? Endo was right in front of him, its not like he couldn’t see he was going to chest the ball

That’s insane isn’t it? Even in real time it looked like a clear red, and more so with every replay

When combined with that Arsenal red yesterday, it just shows how inconsistent the decision making is

It’s because refs add context when applying the rules, “already 4 goals town…. I’ll let it slide”. Same as not booking people early, same as not cutting down time wasting from the get go.

      It drives me nuts!

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

The scorer wasn’t offside but there was a Leicester player standing right infront of Ali when the scorer headed the ball.

I thought similar with Arsenal’s winner yesterday as Havertz was offside in front of the keeper.
                Never knowingly optimistic

We've had goals disallowed in the past because one of our players was deemed standing in the way. Not sure why this rule appears and disappears at random.

Yes but the point still applies...you can't be offside from a corner so he might have been blocking Ali but he wasn't doing it from an offside position.

The corner is not relevant. When the header was made, there was an Ipswich player in an offside position standing between Ali and the guy who headed it, and it was millimetres from hitting him. When he was offside, it wasn't from a corner, it was from a header.

He wasn't really blocking the keeper's view though.

But when the guy headed it, there was no way Ali was going to save it so, if Ali couldn't get a view of it going into the net, the best he can do is watch it again on Match of the Day.

Dublin went well by the way lads, despite the weather being pants. Darkey Kelly's, Temple Bar, The Brazen Head, and a few others.

                              Noice.

Now to book the trip to Drogheda!

Did you read the history of who Darkey Kelly's is named after when you were in there?
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
