No way they rested anybody for the weekend. Haaland went off previous game with a knock (as someone mentioned) and the rest aren't regular starters in the current set up.

Why would the rest players against a Madrid team who are vulnerable at the back and extremely beatable or a largely irrelevant game against us?
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

      Alisson
      TAA Konate VvD Tsimikas
      Elliot Szob Endo Jones
      Salah Nunez

Legs and pace. And some defensive cover against their stars.
absolutely, they've struggled massively in that department this season & especially through the midfield.

I’m already nervous about Sunday - hard to describe just how much I want the league this season, as we have an amazing win now chance before a massive turnover in the summer

Slot (almost typed Klopp ) saying Gakpo has a chance for Sunday but Bradley out.

Said he is managing Trent and Jota’s minutes whilst they build up to fitness hence subs on Weds. The Trent one was a bit strange at the time as he’s just scored but I guess we do need someone with an eye on the bigger picture!

Stones is out again for an extended period and may need an op.

He always seems to play well against us, so that is good news.

            Haaland is a doubt too.
            Oh I don't know.

That’s great news re Stones. Would put a lot of money on Haaland starting on Sunday, especially if it was your money, Dom

Yeah he also said he was listening to talksport on the way home from the game and someone was on moaning about taking Trend off “ I don't know who he is but his name was Mark Lawrenson” I’m sure he’s probably been told he’s an ex player, now full time knob.

Hopefully they’ll be flat after exiting the CL so timidly.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

I’ll bet he has to circle back on that comment - but also stand his ground on backing his decision.

They may be many things but they won't be flat against us.

The boss just referenced a 22 game unbeaten run. Bad Karma, that.
                        Really?

Sounds like water on the knee. Nothing a little draining won't fix short term.

That’s exactly what I thought as well! Though I am superstitious

Draw tomorrow and we're 9 points ahead. Don't even want to mention winning.
                              One tit for another.

Lose tomorrow and we're 8 points ahead of a **** team.

Whatever the result, win, win, win. Arsenal have 1 less game to catch us, regardless of result.
