PSG will be tough - they've got a lot more energy in midfield and up front now, and some real quality too. So we will need our first team for this one

Will be happy to come away from Paris with a draw, then I think we will do them at Anfield
Think your man was suggesting resting for Southampto game in-between PSG ties.

    Either way it's incest.

That crossed my mind too, would Slot use the 4222 that he played against City with no No9 but use 2 x 10’s in Curtis & Dom ?
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

The previous comment was talking about Southampton and I thought that was the subject!

Well PSG are still riding high, won 4-1 against Lille. 16 points clear of the next horse in their one horse league.
                  One tit for another.

They've been really putting teams to the sword this season, Dembele is in the form of his life & him and Barcola have had cracking seasons. It's going to be an exciting game.

                      10 wins on the spin.

We're a different level to the dross they play every week though.

It's pretty grotesque the way that league and many others across Europe have ended up.
                      Oh I don't know.

Like 99% of Euro teams coming to anfield, they won't know what hit them.

Exactly. And it's often after these easy victories that the players and management slip up in Europe when they meet semi decent opposition. Their mindsets are always wrong.

This week's rest has come at a great time. Hoping for a 2-1 win to take to Anfield.

Bournemouth would walk the French league.

How did we fare against Lille though? They were decent IIRC.

The league is close to getting uninteresting at this point so looking forward to the match, if we want to win the CL, it's best to take out the big guns ourselves
                                * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.
