Been here before with teams coming to Anfield on a European night. When will they ever learn.

TBF I imagine so were most LFC supporters.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

They're not even coming with a 3-0 lead against the six times winners.
      One tit for another.

Too often when we get a good result, people argue that it was because the opposition were poor. I think the opposite applies this time, that PSG were so good, it caught us by surprise. We've done the same to many a superior team at Anfield, blown them away with our intensity and the atmosphere, even if they were a better side on paper.

The first half we just couldn't lay a glove on them, but the 2nd half was definitely encouraging, how we were able to adapt. The goal was a huge bonus, but even if the goal had went their way, I'd still expect us to be too strong at Anfield.

Will be interesting to see how Slot approaches it. If we sit deep and hit them on the counter again, we know there will be space at the back. I suspect and hope we'll go out all guns blazing though and try to kill the tie off. The atmosphere will be red-hot, so we may as well harness that energy and use it to our advantage.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Aye, at least Barca had good reason to be cocky.

Think this is going to be one of those games where the crowd can set the tone early doors.

Similar to the CL games at Anfield against Chelsea and Barca.

I’ve been lucky enough to be at a few huge games over the years when the crowd were “on it” for the full game, it can be absolutely transformative. The first 15 mins after half time yesterday were a cauldron in tge Kop, they duck the ball into the net. When we scored the second, loads of lads went for a beer

Agree. Whenever I get over to Anfield I get in early to absorb the atmosphere etc whereas my blue ****e cousin literally walks in 2 mins before KO & has to excuse himself to get into his seat while people are trying to watch & sing etc.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

I hate when people leave before the end too.
We are here for a good time not a long time....

Mainly locals tbh, I even noticed when there was a clash of heads a load of people ran down as well. Either toilet or bar I guess

I noticed a lot of seats emptying out in injury time the other day- so many people pushing the narrative that this title win will be better cos there’ll be fans in the stadium to watch it… it’s the first time we get to watch them win the league in 30+ years, they’re doing it at a canter, and people are leaving early, instead if staying to cheer the team on after the final whistle… baffling

I think with Klopp fist bumping and whatnot people were more inclined to stay, but even still should stay til the end to cheer them off the pitch…
                          I don't tip

Tbh, I’m there to support the team win, lose or draw. I’ve always stayed to the end and clapped them off. The one time I left on the final whistle was the 0-1 to Wolves under Hodgson - but having watched PFK play, I think that was understandable!
