I thought our attacking play was pretty much the worst I can remember up until the goal.

We just couldnt seem to play a pass or trap a ball. It was truely dire.

    Defended very well though.

Hopefully we will play a bit better this time, as I thought those days of trying not to **** myself for 90 minutes has ceased. Gakpo back gives a slightly smarter player who was in top form. I do think Nunez will be better suited to their higher line, although he cant finish when running at speed. He seems best as a fox in the box type of player, but Im not sure if Jota is better in that role... But then Jota was ****ing awful last week. One of the worst performances I think I have seen in recent years.

Feels like its our biggest game of the season now.

I wonder if he will go with 4 midfielders.

What price for Endo coming on the last 15 minutes and being man of the match?
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

You deserve a medal for going to a match being managed by Roy that involves PFK
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Don’t think that was close to being Jotas worse game, seen him had poorer games on a few occasions. I think the biggest issue was that the team wasnt set up to play to his strengths, he is not an effective target man.

What a tie, I'm a bit nervous for tonight but also really excited. Would be a real shame to go out tonight as the season would effectively be over sometime in April probably, I'm not ready for that.

Slot will have some tweaks and adjustments ready for the match so it'll be a really intriguing match tactically.

          For me:

          Ali
          Trent - Konate - Virgil - Robertson
          Grac - Mac - Szobo
          Salah - Nunez - Cody

Jones, Elliott, Diaz and Endo likely to play a part though. Could see us using Jones for Darwin though and unleashing Darwin later on if needed.
          * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

I’d be happy with Nunez taking the game to them actually & trying to get a goal or two lead & then close it out with Endo snapping at their heals.

Not sure we'll see Cody start given he's missed the last few.

I think we may go 4-4-2 with Jones in midfield and Cody on the bench. Bring Cody on for Jones/Szobo if we need to chase a goal in the second half.

4 in midfield should hopefully give us a bit more control.

I'd like to see them line up with 4 in midfield too. It provides better control and supports the defence. Nunez will give them another threat to worry about instead of having 2 on Salah the whole time. Trent, Virgil and Robbo long balls into space should see them sit a bit deeper and give us a bit more space to keep posession.
We are here for a good time not a long time....

I’m mega nervous about this one. We will not get as lucky as we were last week again. Hope it was a one off…

I'm not overly nervous. The season has already surpassed my wildest expectations.

We've got the league sown up. Anything else this season is just gravy.

This season has far surpassed more than nearly any season in the last 35 years. I still pinch myself thinking what we have finally achieved. If PSG knocks us out, who cares? I would like the cherry, but I'm still feasting on this delicious cake regardless.

I would love to get through tonight but I'm still gonna be smiling at 10pm whatever happens.

                          Yeah that’s fair.

I think I’ve started to get greedy. But agree, winning the League is the one thing that matters this season.

One thing I am conscious of is that there have been numerous games this season where Ive thought we might slip up or lose, and we’ve pretty much delivered every single time.

                            Yeah, agree with that.

We've had very few stinkers this season.

Forrest at home and Everton & Newcastle away stand out as we probably should have won them. Some achievement given we've played 50+ games across all comps

I reckon we'll be ultra direct - passing through the lines and going long to Nunez and attacking second balls. We'll also bring the atmosphere and get in their faces.

Honestly I think we thump 'em tonight. I think that leak that they don't rate us was exactly what they players needed. That and Enrique being way too positive. They are taking us lightly and that will piss us off. A massive **** up from them.

I know they played great in Paris, but they are not what they seem to think they are. We're better and we'll prove it tonight.
