I think he needs a whole season before we seem him at his best. Was never going to make it as an AM in a three man midfield off the bat. Just does not have the physique. Maybe if he beefs up a bit more, but he isnt going to Dominate the Dom

But he has been very good the last few games where he has more space on the wing.

It makes me wonder we spent 100s of millions on playwrs that didnt fit the system or play in different positions, and what system we were going for and where we are going now.

Yeah the signings v the system is a head **** alright..... I think the plan is for the width to be all from the full back positions with a solid centre but the lack of a sitting midfielder just makes that all more confusing

Another good performance and he’s definitely growing into it now. He’s showing his dribbling skills more and his ability to beat a player. So much fun to watch. And he’s happy to do the dirty ugly side of things and his off the ball work is up there too.

Needs to milk it like City and Arsenal do, get us some freekicks around the box.
