They really would be, but I would take insufferable but building within your own means over being financially doped every single day.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

The key difference between us and ARSEnal is their options out wide. Salah and Gakpo could not start for them or maybe even make their bench this season. Th also have two central midfielders who are comfortable at DM. They have two starting center backs who are both comfortable on the ball, we have one in VVD.Originally posted by vlahka View PostI'd rather city over arsenal. Their wins mean nothing to pretty much everyone since they know they've cheated their way to so many in the past. Arsenal I want them to suffer for eternity.

We have one point more than we had at this stage last season!
Full on fan melt down is underway. (Not saying here but socials
).
We’ve also played 5 of the current top 8, Newcastle away and Burnley away. We aren’t playing well but I don’t think we are as far away as all that and in the games v Athletico and Arsenal as well as in some of the others there were green shoots.Modifying post.

I don't understand all this fan panic to be honest. 15 points this early while bedding in half a new team is no small job. And we only just won number 20 so the pressure to win another isn't that immediate, so why the twisted knickers?
It's Arsenal that are desperate, not us. And that desperation will eventually see them bottle it, as always. I'm just happy seeing Wirtz, Frimpong and Isak slowly grow into their roles. That touch by Isak after noticing where Gakpo was is still bringing a smile to my face. One tit for another.

I think we are also up game on game from last season also. The desperation to build a narrative is absolutely mental.Modifying post.
