Merino in for Odegaard. Typical Arteta.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I’m excited to see Wirtz, Alexis and Gravenberch playing together.

Ekitike scores today, he'll be first player since 19th century to score in his first 4 games.

        Isak who?

Was gonna post earlier about Wirtz and Mac potentially linking up beautifully. Exciting stuff.

With Dom at RB and the way Kerkez has been playing tucking in a playing narrower could we see a bit of a box in midfield when in possession. 3 4 3 in possession at times. Dom has the energy to cover plenty of ground.

Gakpo to celebrate his new contract with a massive game. His usual Anfield goal incoming.

City losing. Everyone thinks we are vulnerable and Arsenal should beat us. Chance for Arsenal to take advantage and go prove their credentials.

                Arteta goes for 4 CB's and 3 DM's.

Even if they win today, they'll not be able to bore their way to a title.

They're putting all their hopes on the set pieces

No real pressure on us here.

Won the league in Slots first season whilst spending approx 16p

Arteta under serious, serious pressure to deliver this season.

I have a bad feeling we are going to get a harsh time wasting corner given, with Ali accused of holding on too long and they score from it.

He'll go 11 men behind the ball after that though and we'll get another late winner. Probably Rio again.

Rio and Chiesa to both come on and score to turn it around for a 2-1 win

They're not a nice side, hopefully we'll batter them, but I do fear it if we go behind.

Think we'll need a clinical Gakpo finish from out the edge of the box against this lot.

He started show saying Eze has to start, absolutely no question. Now it's, of course you go with tried and trusted players and bring people like Eze on in 2nd half.

Big test today but they are missing Saka and Odegaard isn’t starting so that’s also a good chance for us. Arteta has gone full violence today and their set piece and power worries me…. Really interested to see Wirtz and Ekiteke vs a top defence and Dom vs Martinelli
