We're like Voldemort to the Geordies now.... 'They Who Shall Not Be Named'

Eddie Howe has exposed the lingering animosity between Newcastle United and Liverpool over the transfer of Alexander Isak by saying that the player changed as soon as “ the other club ” got involved this summer.

Howe’s refusal to name Liverpool spoke volumes about how Newcastle perceive the Premier League champions’ role in unsettling Isak.

Just looks wet in Burnley no?

According to BBC will start pissing down at exactly the moment VVD launches a diagonal to Salah.... i.e kick off.

The weather is looking horrific for Sunday. Wouldn't surprise me if this one is postponed.

Slot has said he will be brought in gradually as he has had no pre season. Said we have him for 6 years!!!

He was also very complimentary towards the Swedish manager for only playing him for 20 mins.

I suspect he'll be on the bench for Burnley and will get a few mins, but genuinely super excited to see him. I hadn't appreciated just how good a finisher he is. We have such an awesome attack I do hope our defence doesn't let us down this season.

These pricks are like race horses now and only need a week or two before they are fully up to match speed. I reckon he will be on the bench for the next 2 games and will minutes in both games and then it will be starting line up for him
Let's hope he gets some goals after coming off the bench in the next few games.

He's such a classy operator, just need him match fit and see where he fits into the side.

I’m still in that oh **** he’s a Liverpool player reaction every time I see him. Because it happened before an international break you almost forgot what’s happened with everyone being away and it’s built up the excitement for Sunday even more now.
