He's been isolated. I keep banging the same drum. All the players we bought drift into wide left areas and I knew it would cause Salah a problem. But I didn't see him being so poor when he gets the ball. We've no one to replace him though.

We'd be better off just playing Frimpong there to give at least some threat of getting in behind, plus would offer some support to the right back. Salah is offering the square root of **** all at both ends of the pitch.

Big decisions need to be made with some of the players in terms of dropping underperforming players no matter their reputations and giving others the time to settle in and play. Go back to basics and pick the team that can work hard off the ball and press together as a team. You can’t have any passengers in defence right now.

Is it a bit of a case of too much rotation this season while last season there wasn't enough. The team cant settle and find any rhythm or connection.

Let's not be silly. We'll be fine, we've great players in the squad but a lot of them are way off it at the same time. Just takes one to hit some kind of form and slowly that starts creeping through the squad. When that happens is anyone's guess, I'm hoping for the next game.

Our wide players wouldn't start for at least half the teams in the EPL.

Frimpong is the player I worry about the most. I don't think he's smart. And I don't think he's Liverpool quality. I hope I'm wrong but i can't shake the fact he's never going to make it here.

I think our wide players are poor, they are not being double teamed. They are not creating space foe the other players.
