True, but hes got time to close down Gordon and hes happy to stand off then throw a leg out. Before we bought him he showed great aggressive defending at Bournemouth, really smashing it to strikers and putting a foot in, but not so much now.

It's like he's forgotten how to control a football. He was rapid and isn't anymore, which is understandable at his age; but even with the ball he has zero close control which was arguably one of his most potent abilities
