I’m going to struggle with both their names so it’ll be Tower 1 & Tower 2 aka T1 & T2Originally posted by MosRay View Post

Squad for the tour named.
Initial Liverpool squad for USA tour: Gomez, Endo, Jacquet, Kerkez, Szoboszlai, Bradley, Chiesa, Leoni, Jones, Elliott, Tsimikas, Ekitike, Mamardashvili, Woodman, Frimpong, Abe, Nyoni, Bajcetic, Chambers, Ramsay, Scanlon, McConnell, Jaros, Koumas, Morrison, Ngumoha, W. Wright, Hall, Sonni-Lambie, Ndukwe, Davies.
Further senior players will join the group later in the tour after their World Cup commitments.
Abe, Sonni-Lambie, Morrison, Ndukwe and Wright will be the new names to watch out for. Ndiaye would be another but sounds like there are visa issues for him.
It could be a big preseason for Nyoni to get himself a spot in the squad and it will be interesting to see what McConnell can do as he was really highly regarded by Klopp and supposedly Slot. While we’d all like to see Bajcetic do well he might well have missed too much football.
James Pearce: "Young striker Jayden Danns needs to be assessed after feeling discomfort in his hamstring last week"

Well done & thanks Pete. Jason Koumas is one that needs to shine after being out on loan last season. He makes the Wales squad regularly so he must have something going for him & I feel time is running out for him to impress the Club to keep him around. Ramsay is another one who’s now trying to impress the 3rd Liverpool manager & the next few weeks are crucial for him too.Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

I think Ramsay's chance has gone, I don't think he's good enough TBHThe only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

And I agree about Ramsay, he doesn’t even stand out at U21 levelMe, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Abe is the one I’m looking forward to seeing. He has so much hype around him. Taking Rio and sterling out of it when was the last time someone came through the academy with that level of potential. I see people rating him as one of if not the best in his age range. We had to fight of City, Chelsea, Arsenal and I think Madrid and Manc utd to keep him. They don’t always fulfil the potential but let’s hope he does. Imagine having Rio and Abe fulfilling their potential and what that could mean for the club.Originally posted by SB View PostWell done & thanks Pete. I watch plenty of the highlights of the youth teams & I’ve not seen enough to get really excited at the prospect. It’s a huge step up as you know to playing against men & im not sure he’s ready for that. Sure, he’s got potential but so has Figgy, Morrison & Wright. Will Wright is apparently the furthest along at this stage.Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Given the lack of forward options in the squad at the moment and on the tour in particular I think this is probably a big opportunity for Will Wright who is effectively our second choice striker at the momentThe only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

An emphasis on transition
That was the one I liked to hear about. None of this slowing the game down and letting the opposition reset their defence as soon as we get the ball back. Move it forward quickly and get at them. I’m sure we’ll all be happy to see that type of football again.
SB how do you rate Sonni-Lambie. He doesn’t seem to get the attention Abe gets but seems to be a talent as well.
