His stats have absolutely fallen off a cliff this season, it won't have gone unnoticed amongst he data driven back office.

Gomez at RB, szobo in MF and not playing macallister are all good choices. Wirtz playing on the left I’m less convinced by.

Gakpo cutting in from the left must be an instruction by Slot and how he wants that position to play.

                  I'd rather Wirtz than Gakpo.

Was some nice link up between Jin and Hugo from the left earlier in the season and I think it is the position he is nosy used to. I’m enthused by the team and choices today.

Is it going to be that 4222 type formation where Salah plays a lot more narrow in the right channel and Ekitike drifting left at times with Dom and Wirtz playing as 10’s. Seems to have been a formation that has worked well. Gomez won’t offer what Frimpong does but that would probably allow Kerkez to play higher up the pitch.

Good shout - I think you are right with the 4222

It’s a formation that has worked well for us in Europe.

Nice early tempo to the game from both sides.

that was awful from Mo, should have used his right foot and taken it first time.
                            Really?

Jesus, has to score, just so hesitant. Do think we've made a decent start though.

The shot wasn't as bad as it looked as the defender made a challenge.
