    Id go gomez rb and frimpong rw. Frimpong has great delivery, and its a shame Iask isnt fit to play as a target man. But then there iant really scope for him and Ekitike to play in the same team at the moment anyway. Neither looks comfortable wider, and changing to a 442 would be silly at this stage.

    Midfield is difficult. Jones is a bit slow against PSGs running through the midfield and Macca has been awful this season.

    Id be inclined to keep dom at the point of the three leading that press. But i suspect we wont press too high?

    Then its wirtz on the left and ekitike up front.

    See how that goes

    Id really want to start Rio, but that leaves Wirtz out.

    To do that it means dom and grav with Wirtz in front.

    Great players. We have a chance. We need the right system though.

          I'd have Frimpong and Kerkez at full back, Grav, Szoboslai and Wirtz as a midfield 3; Ekitike and Rio either side of Isak

          Might as well go for it

            I'll be in Liverpool on Tuesday - if I watch the match and we win, it will be an absolutely epic night out. If we lose then it'll be a bit of a downer...

            So where's the best bar/pub to watch the match that's relatively child friendly? I'm staying in Lace Street btw.

              I would have Gomez at right back, Dom and Grav in the middle, Rio left, Flo middle, Frimpong right, Hugo up front. Mo on after an hour for Rio then Isak for the last 20 mins, probably for Gomez and move Frimpong back.

                Here's what happens

                Slot goes for it and pick attacking formation. Miss several good early chances with poor passes and bad finishing, we press and harass their midfield and look right on top of them. The crowd is buzzing.

                PSG score on their first attack.

                Players hang heads and concede again a few minutes later because he's instilled a weak mentality in this squad.

                PSG get a 3rd when Slot throws caution to the wind and changes us to his famous 2-2-6 formation. The crowd leave in droves, lots murmurings and chants of Slot Out they all shuffle out.

                He wont get fired though, he has those nudes of Hughes and Edwards in compromising positions up his sleeve and they know it.

                We're stuck with the bald fraud.

                  Probably true to be fair lol. You could at least try and be semi-positive Harv? I get what you're saying though, you don't feel the belief is there.

                          Realistically it’s going to be difficult and right now it’s hard to be confident.

                          But the one good things is we need to score and when Slot let’s them attack, press high and loosens things up we usually put in a much better performance and the players look like they enjoy the freedom to play plus it suits the them more.

                          A strong start and a fired up crowd who knows what will happen.

                            Just put out a positive side and once the players work hard, put a shift in and get the crowd going, I'm happy with that. PSG are a much better side than us and we're not keeping a clean sheet. Just hope we put up some sort of a fight and don't capitulate when they score.
