      Let’s hope Gomez can last a decent amount of minutes because it’s going to be Jones or Szoboszlai back to RB at some stage. I don’t think Salah can play that long from what Slot said and Rio probably won’t play the full 90 either.

      Considering you have Jones, Szoboszlai and Gravenberch all starting Nyoni is unlucky not to get a start ahead of Mac Allister the form he’s in. I wonder what he must be thinking in terms of his future at the club. We were told he was considered a first team member who would be part of the midfield this season but he’s getting a few minutes here and there. Especially with the form others have been in.

        Slot blaming pre-season for Isak having injuries FFS. That was 10 months ago - stop making excuses, your periodisation strategy was supposed to stop that and it has done the opposite.

              Same as saying he can’t make any changes to the tactics during the season as there isn’t any time to work on things like you can only do that during preseason.
