Just my thoughts anyway.
Point 3 is okay. The others are horrible ideas.
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

Waste of time that really. Result will still stand. Lets say Ronaldo or Saha dived and won Utd a penatly so they won the League/CL, do you tink they'd give a **** about being booked/suspended for a game or 2 or fined a few grand after the event? I doubt it.

How about something like no points for a no score draw? Both teams would have to come out playing, sure they could sit back after one goal, but most teams do that these days anyway.

it would stop teams setting out 4-5-1 in an attempt to bore the game to death.

That would be a shame for the smaller teams who can't expect to get anything else out of a trip to Anfield or Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge.

How would that help us? We don't need more encouragement to attack! We're just playing crap?

maybe, but I suppose on who you would class as a smaller team, and how often do these smaller teams get a result at these grounds as it is anyway?

very average, uninspiring, one dimensional side
won the Champions league for a record breaking fifth time, only four English teams have ever won it , The great Arse haven't, the rich Chelsea haven't , the sour Bluenoses haven't. How much would they want to win it just once because this
