Our equivalent in football would be to 1.) As someone already suggested, push the "offside" line to a point somewhere in the attacking half of the field 2.) Enlarge the goals 3.) Retrospective yellow cards for diving 4.) Maybe revamp the point system again as I mentioned above. I think these items would improve the flow of the game and encourage teams to attack. Just my thoughts anyway.

Point 3 is okay. The others are horrible ideas.

Waste of time that really. Result will still stand. Lets say Ronaldo or Saha dived and won Utd a penatly so they won the League/CL, do you tink they'd give a **** about being booked/suspended for a game or 2 or fined a few grand after the event? I doubt it.

How about something like no points for a no score draw? Both teams would have to come out playing, sure they could sit back after one goal, but most teams do that these days anyway.

That would be a shame for the smaller teams who can't expect to get anything else out of a trip to Anfield or Old Trafford or Stamford Bridge.
