Carragher, Gerrard and general feeling round club

If you remember me as Xabi on KT, then you may remember my friend is a relative of Stevie. Anyway,

He was on the phone to Carragher before the City match, Carra was saying Rafa has been working on both him and Agger in midfield in training just in case their needed, which looks quite possible the way things are going at the moment. Both of them are up for it if their needed.

And a strange one here, Carra misses Cisse, alot! He, and apperantly all the team got on really well with him, and team morale has gone down a bit since he left

Then he went on to Stevie and all this ****e about him going again, which, as most probably believe, is complete and utter bull****. Stevie is happy where he is, he admits himself he's going through a bit of bad form, as well as the whole team but he knows that if we start performing we can do big things and he wants to stick around for this. The constant pissed off look on his face is not anything to do with the club, it's just him, get over it. (carra's exact words)

He then went on to say that although the team morale has been low (which he can't explain the reason for) it is on the up again.

Just thought i'd tell you all, probably nothing new but just nice to hear things officially!

i remember that post, and then we found out his kids are only about 7 years old max.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

            * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

makes sense and adds to what Rafa said

"Now we'll have (Steven) Gerrard as our only central midfielder. We can't argue about his position now.

"Xabi Alonso trained today but it was only a warm-up, no more, and he would be a risk.

"Maybe we need to use Agger, Carragher or Hyypia as a holding midfielder."
"The definition of insanity is not running into the same wall again and again; it's expecting a different result every time you do it."
