can't help feeling our lack of confidence and poor form, esp that of our big players has held our new recruits back. We've also had our fair share of ****e from the media.

Yes you may be right with regards to so called 'Bigger' players lack of form affecting the new players.. let's hope it quickly sorts itself out, but what Carragher said it sounds like it is gradually!

I've heard from someone close to Pennant that he's trying too hard to settle and to play well. This may be allied to the Morale situation. Apparently he's a good guy who wants to be part of the Liverpool thing. (whatever that means).

Lets hope so. I've seen glimpes of ability, and more effort than some on a few occasions, so he can turn it round.

heard a few people say that now. I honestly cant see it myself, i think he works quite hard. The problem I have with him is the fact that he is ****.

And yes he is a good guy which I said all along, give him a bit longer, and if it doesn't work out then unfortunate, but people should really stop getting on his back, the whole team is playing crap, not just him.
