The man is a so called expert who will say stuff which is controversial to ensure he gets called back. He knows nothing of the deal or the inner workings of the Maktoum family. All these so called experts are crap. If they were good they'd have real jobs in the professions they profess to know so much about.

This Cannon bloke is a blue, and has often been shown as spouting bollocks. As Shaggy says though, he must know some stuff to be a prof at whatever place it is he's a prof at. His bitterness will get in his way I expect.
He did sound on Granada Reports like he was guessing when it came to the question about whether the new owners would be hands on. He guessed "no".

He's a negative prick who does his best not to let his biasedness come through but it does. I think he's a ****, just because he's some "professor" or something doesnt mean he cant be biased. He's just speculating and surprise surprise he plays everything down whereas anyone else, West Ham, Villa etc he's been having an orgasm over despite them all being far far far far far poorer than this lot.Originally posted by ShaggyAlonso View Post
Come off it mate. He may be a Blue but he's not in a position where he can go round spouting bitter bollocks, like that fat-headed Scottish **** on Sky Sports, on national TV.
He knows his stuff and he spoke glowingly of the Maktoums on the local news earlier. Why wouldn't he? He was very positive about the whole thing.

I don't think it's a secret that Rafa want Alves and Villa. If the takeover happens then he will at least be able to make a good offer for them. Richards may be another target. We may not get them but at least Rafa can make a serius offer for them.
The point is that Rafa will probably be prepared to pay a little bit extra for players that plays in our weak positions and build the team in the same way as Wenger have done. First you get a VERY good starting XI then you can mix that with some younger players.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I think the stadium will be paid for, debts cleared and rafa will get spending money.
**** me I'm an expert.

That's it though, he didn't say we'd suddenly be spending huge sums of money on players. Obviously our buying-power will increase, a lot, but people drawing up wish-lists of Kaka, Villa, Lennon and Messi can forget it.Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Because they're not 'hands-on' with the other huge investments they've made. It's a fair guess.Originally posted by Insider View PostThis Cannon bloke is a blue, and has often been shown as spouting bollocks. Henry is to injury prone now. I wouldn't be surprised if Arsenal decides to cash in on him because of that.Just believe and you never know what will happen.

Sheikh Mohammed, Sheikh Hamdan Al-Maktoum and the others always show their faces when there's some glory to be had. Let's hope we'll be seeing plenty of 'em.Originally posted by Arsonfire View PostNot entirely true, they can often be seeing feeling the up in fillies in the winners circle
