I do not want Chelsea type stuff, throw £30m here and there, if they dont work out loan them to some Italian team and sign another expensive player. I want the manager to be able to get Alves over Pennant and not scrimp and save loaning people out to get Dirk and stuff like that. + The stadium

Well, this will be fantastic if it goes through. Especially considering that I believe there is the nucleus of a great side already in our team, all we need is some 'tweaking' in a few areas that need attention.
