      Bring it on I say

plus it is honest oil money not money stolen from the good people of Russia
I hear what you are saying about the Maktoums, money and racing. However, if it hadnt been for there timely involvement, racing would be no better than dog racing nowadays

Top fellas, held in high regard in the business world and sporting circles. If it happens and I hope it does, this is the best possible outcome we could possible have.

It's about time this happens. It's about time the clubs moves forward. It's about time we will be able to compete in the transfer market and give Rafa the team he wants and us supporters #19 that we crave.

Does anyone have any reliable information as to who it is? As Zico just wrote, 3 bidders are in the picture, but 1 has by far the best offer - but who?"
          Zico replied:
"LFC are keeping that nugget firmly under their hats for very sound economic / business reasons....."
Liverpool have confirmed exclusive talks are taking place with Dubai International Capital (DIC) about a possible takeover of the club. Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry said: "This is the latest step on the road of finding the long-term investment that the club needs."
Clearly , once the news had been broken by kt , the club leapt in to action to get the story out first.
"I have no idols. I admire work, dedication and competence."

I'm just surprised that they informed us.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

DIC could get away with just buying all of Moores' share which would put them in the same position that Moores is in now (ie, majority shareholder).

Obviously if DIC make Morgan a good offer for his shares then he may well sell.

If this investment bring #19 - does that make us the same as Chelski? ie buying the title....

No, we at least had some money and titles before.

depends if you believe Chelsea bought the title...

                        ...which I dont.

They still had to win the 38 games like everyone else.
