If they are looking at our books then that should mean that they have agreed a price and to pay for the stadium so the only thing that probably can stop the deal going through is if they find big hidden debts in our books.

No doubt they will be asking who this Diao charachter is.Originally posted by LFClove View PostIf they are looking at our books then that should mean that they have agreed a price and to pay for the stadium so the only thing that probably can stop the deal going through is if they find big hidden debts in our books.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
* After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

If we were ever in need of confirmation that this deal is happening, we've now got it. This exclusive has just been posted by Zico...
three bidders have actually 'agreed' their best offers, so it is for the club to choose the one which best serves the club. Looks like they've devided which one to go for. I was told one bid was better by far but not who it was. The 'in principle' deals were agreed before the meeting where the European funding was confirmed. Members of that committee (who confirmed the European funding) had to sign a confidentiality clause before LFC revealed the details
Brilliant

Well at least now we can say he is a legend in the Championship. I still feel that as a player he has been slightly hard done by. Also seeing as in the end he went to Stoke I can't imagine that he was being as unreasonable as has been reported when other loans were offered.Originally posted by bazza76 View PostNo doubt they will be asking who this Diao charachter is.
Still he was crap for us and we overpaid for him, but the second half of that is not his fault."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

Not only received. There will be one or two muppets coming out of the wood work claiming they heard the same thing with a slightly different twist to it. It's a never ending web of bull which only a few gullible fools choose to believe.

Does anyone have any reliable information as to who it is? As Zico just wrote, 3 bidders are in the picture, but 1 has by far the best offer - but who?"

One of the richest in the World. Royal families isn't listed on Forbes and that's why you can't find them there.Originally posted by red g View Postwhat is everyone looking for?? i mean we all slate chelsea for being a bunch of cnuts.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

40 million net spend a season is monopoly money in my book and should be sufficient for any top class manager to challenge for the premiership. In all honesty I doubt we would get that much to spend whoever takes us over.Originally posted by red g View Postwhat is everyone looking for?? i mean we all slate chelsea for being a bunch of cnuts.
