he's been poor alright, but Ive linked torres and carroll as one was purchased to replace the other, so in that sense its a related transfer deal.

Dzeko was amazing against Bolton and he is known for having a much better second season at every club he goes to. I think Dzeko could be formidable this year.

Id take Torres back but in his present, and past 2 years, form hes only worth 5-10mill max. Swap him for Carroll?! I wouldnt swap him for Roy Carroll. Big Andy will be a legend for us, give him some time eh.

he's had 11 appearences for us now, but you're missing my point. I'm not saying either are bad players, though carroll has obvious limits, what I'm saying is that at £85M for the pair its been awful business. Torres has been woeful, whilst carroll has been either laid up or okish.
