It just shows how desperate we are since Luis left and Sturridge got crocked. Just now the answer is Lambert. Torres is arguably a slightly better answer than that!

(ahem) Lambert...Originally posted by The Erectile Banana View PostIf he can't cut it in Italy, the slowest high level league in Europe, then he truly is finished.
Seems a bit odd that he's available though. I thought he signed for Milan on a long term loan deal. Is that being terminated?

At least he'll make Ballotelli look world class."That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.
Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

Bloody cheek! You've been slagging the manager and the comittee off for ages on here over transfers etc, and now you have the plain faced gall to say that!
Torres!? Might help?!
Really?!

Well then Gerrard is a bigger problem than we realise.Originally posted by Daniel 7 View PostYou never know, maybe Gerrard is pushing for it. He loved playing with him.
Having said that, I'd question the manager's sanity if it's his decision alone."I will make the boys feel your support"

Firstly, I'd take these reports with a bucket full of salt. It just seems like lazy journalism to me.
Secondly, I don't think anyone here seriously wants us to re-sign Torres. Relax.
