His laughable pass to Anelka which Malouda pounced on to smash in was a bit more like the Torres Chelsea. He's a long way off being good. He's a a striker, he's going to score goals, just not as efficiently or as devastatingly as he used to.

you know when Torres moves on from Little Russia aka chelsea or retires then you'll get an apology from him and I was wrong to LEAVE LIverpool ...... like the old saying goes you don't know a good thing till it's gone

Meh. It was only a matter of time before he found the net.

I was gutted he left, I remember the joy he gave me in his first two seasons and the man-crush I developed, I felt like a kid falling in love with football all over again. But bringing in Carroll & Suarez has softened the blow.

I enjoyed the run of games without goals, but he's too good a player to keep playing like he has done. Once he found the net, you kinda always knew he's going to get into his groove. So brace yourself for Torres scoring goals for Chelsea in the run up to the end if the season, but deal with it as LFC have moved on and are better off for it.
