I don't know. It seems Rafa still has faith in him judging by his latest comments.
      Are we winning?

All joking aside I hope he gets back to something like he used to, feel sorry for the bloke tbh

Don't know why anyone would feel sorry for Fernando Torres, he won the Champs League & FA Cup for Chelsea last season & the European Champs for Spain.... ooooh and he's on about 150 grand ++ a week.

He has done very well since leaving us, clearly made the right decision to leave and we made the right decision to sell him.

I dont. It was his decision. Its like a girl running off with another guy who's got loads of cash and lives the high life. Grass looks greener than the guy shes with who treats her like a goddess, but cant treat her to the high life anymore. So she leaves and gets together with the rich cunt...only to find out he cheats on her and doesnt spend any time with her. She's sad, lonely and realises that the guy she left was actually a great guy, she wants him back.

**** her and **** Torres. We have Suarez now.

He was decent in the Euros for Spain to be fair. And sure he scored in the Champs League final against one of the best teams ever assembled. I just don't think he'll look back in years to come and think that was a particularly bad season for him.

He is a shadow of the player we used to know and IMO he'll never be the same but, his decision to leave and our decision to sell him was the right one. He wanted to win things, and he did... so fair play to him even if he is fairly average these days.

Exactly. All this wishing him well is perverse. I'd wish him well if he came back, **** him while he's gone

Don't wish him well at all but, at the same time i have no animosity towards him anymore.... he's just irrelevant.

I have animosity towards him because he plays for them, and chose them over us. He left us when we needed him most and can't forgive him for that desertion. I only have admiration for many other players who've moved on, but his move really grates me

Yeah maybe, but life's too short, don't you think?
                        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Me too, as you may have gathered. But in all honesty I would take him back.

He is right now but I reckon with the Kop bouncing again it will make him feel a foot taller and yards quicker.

I'd take him back if it was for like no more than £10m, he came out with a brilliant bit of pr spin talking up Liverpool and then to show his commitment to Liverpool and love for playing for Liverpool he agreed wages of like £20k a week but with a high goal bonus structure in place

Non of which will happen...he will end up in Italy for a couple of seasons
