We may be burning out Milner's energy levels with our frantic style of football as at his age, it takes a little longer to recover regardless of fitness levels...
He is gonna have to be managed a little more carefully this season to get the max from him without breaking down....how do you solve that when the team is better with him in it?...Hopefully Keita & Fabinho get up & running shortly!

That's the one thing that worries me...we have, on paper, good strength in depth, but so far this season, Klopp has picked roughly the same core players for each match bar the Carawhatever cup.
Salah, Mane, Milner, Firmino, all look knackered and need to be rested. Does Klopp not trust his options to do the job? The Napoli game was a good chance to rest players, with City coming up, but the same 11 played, and the energy levels were so low.

Yup time to start using the squad. i think because Fabinho and Keita haven't adapted as quick as we thought... Klopp is using the same guys all the time. Lallana being an absolute crock doesn't help either. Needs to give Shaq more game time, same with Danny.Comment

Given that Milner stood next to Moreno at Burnley cos he blatantly didn't trust him
then replaced him as left back, now playing right back with Gomez/Clyne out.
If he will become full back cover over the next few weeks to rest TAA/Robertson.
We have enough options in midfield without him as well.Comment
