most teams would be a bit **** without 3 of there best and most influential players.Originally posted by greenturnip View PostWe can be a bit **** without Hendo, Mane and Ali.
Firmino once was the glue that held the forwards, that is Mane now, Henderson makes the midfield work and elavates the team. Ali to Adrian is about the widest gulf in class imaginable!!_____________________________________
Weak willed, Wank or do they have a masterplan?
Think we have the answer..Slot!!

Yesterday was more than a bit ****. Even without those three players we shouldn't be getting hammered by Villa.Originally posted by red g View Postmost teams would be a bit **** without 3 of there best and most influential players.

Good to have him back, we're definitely better with him in the team.
Although came to say I was disappointed with him today (I know this will be one of my extremely unpopular opinions) but seeing him rolling on the ground holding his face really upset me.
I understand that footballing academies around the world ingrain behaving like a massive pussy into every player, but your Liverpool FC captain for **** sake in the Merseyside derby too. Yes, you ran into the opponents shoulder and it hurts, but is it really necessary to lie on the ground and hold your face? Can't imagine athletes in any other 'contact sport' doing that.
Not trying to sound like Houllier or anything, but the captain should be a warrior and shouldn't show weakness in a combative environment like today.

To be fair he didn't embarrass himself either. He picks up the pace of a game well so he'd still make for a very effective sub.Originally posted by danperkins View PostAbsolutely yeah. Jones to be honest was a passenger, he's not ready for a game like that. Very rare Klopp makes a half time sub.Was muß, das muß.

I think you read Jones wrong Dan. His role was changed and he performed it well, I think the half time sub was planned to give Hendon a little time and to see how Jones could cope in a more dangerous game and to see how he responded to less freedomOriginally posted by danperkins View PostAbsolutely yeah.
