I think there were multiple reasons we dropped points. I don’t think Hendo carries the blame for any of them, he’s always been a convenient scapegoat.
    Fine. at your opinion too.

I’ve nothing against Henderson nor any reason to scapegoat him.

And yes we can point to other reasons too. That doesn’t mean that it isn’t true that Henderson was largely poor in 2021/22.

1 point and one win from delivering the most successful season from any team in the history of English football, and we were carrying our captain.

I’ve not given my opinion to be honest, I’m just giving stats and scoffing at yours

        For stretches we were, yes.

And saying the Henderson 'excelled' in 2021/22 is you giving your opinion. And I'm scoffing at that

"Thank **** we didn't re-sign him" is all I can say.

Yeah, quite rightly, I dont think that was on the table.

Our penalty takers would have felt safer.

Jordan’s return to European competition could be short lived. His Ajax side are down 2-0 at home to the mighty Bodo/Glimt in the 1st leg of the Europa Conference league.

Hold the fort they’ve got one back in the 91st min & a Bodo player sent off.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Update it’s a 97th minute Fergie Time equaliser for Ajax. The 1st goal was a penalty, I wonder if Hendo took the ball in protection mode or if he’s given that away now

Imagine questions like this from English media

Why did you clip the ball to the back post Jordan, why didn’t you go with your runner Jordan

Agree. It's easy to be a prick as an interviewer but he wasn't doing his job properly.

He must surely wish he stayed at lfc and did the milner role. What a cluster****

Hard to feel too sorry for him really, by the sounds of it he'd been told he was going to be a bit part player and didn't want to fight for his spot, on top of that he took the lucrative but flies in the face of what he said he stood for option which clearly didn't work out.

Him leaving was great for us as we completely revamped the midfield as I'm not sure we'd have seen both Grav and Endo come in if he'd have stayed.

Endo, alone, is enough of an upgrade
