Much Much rather we spend on Shaqiri than Lallana, and especially if we can get him cheper as well. Hope we manage to get him, looked an amazing talent when at Basel, and have looked very good the few times I've seen him this season.

The shaq is still young, will be hungry to prove that he deserves to be rated as one of the top young players in europe.....and if he has any sense, he will see the opportunity to work with a manager that can propel him to the next level and beyond as being a no brainer and sign on the dotted line...

Shaqiri and a marquee signing like Pedro or Sanchez would be an incredible transfer window, we would have one of the best attacks in world football.

Lallana is a decent player don't get me wrong but not for anything like £25M and I don't see him having the impact that I would expect from a player commanding that sort of transfer fee.

Dunno about preferred option...assuming we want Lallana and another, Sanchez is the best we've been linked to and there's been more buzz about Markovic. Griezmann not linked quite so strongly, but he's an option. There are a lot of really good young players who fill that kind of role and will be available (Firmino, Son, etc.), if we want one we'll get one.
