Ibe was sub for England U21s, came on in the first half and was sent off for 2 yellows in stoppage time at the end of the game.

For a winger, he doesn't beat his man all that often. It doesn't seem to come naturally to him. Ryan Babel was similar in that he had decent touch and had all the athletic capability he'd ever need but defenders used to read what he was about to do far too easily. Hopefully it'll click at some point for him but I have nagging doubts.

He won't progress any further as he's **** and thick as ****.
Not the best combination in any field of work.

Sterling was the same. Looked great initially then looked to be lost before it suddenly clicked again. I'm hoping Ibe comes good because he's been terrible lately.

I think that's precisely what's happening too. Hoping we see sales not loans in future

He's not really progressed this season has he. That's not a reason to throw him out though; just a reason not to give him much game time whilst Klopp works out if there is unfulfilled potential there.

I'm not sure he's got what it takes mateOriginally posted by Assassin View PostCurrently, no
Maybe, he never will. Time will tell
I meant to write either, not though. Ibe is hugely overrated and won't make it long term here. He's not a good option in our current team, he'll not make the bench next season

MBS. Milan Baros Syndrome......receives the ball and goes deaf.....Originally posted by Montana View PostHas gone backwards this year and need to go out loan next year. He's really blown it this year as he was the only proper winger available. Disappointing but he's young and hopefully will good. Lad has the potential

Can is also very young. Gomez is very young. Origi is very young.Originally posted by labourRed View PostHe's very young. I think for development's sake I'd send him to a newly promoted premiership side for a year.
