Has a **** touch and an even worse pass, looks gormless as well.

His shooting is ****ing atrocious, even worse than Sterling's and it takes a lot to eclipse that.

He can't control the weight of a pass well enough to play through the middle in my opinion. He's safer on the wing and hitting crosses or cut backs.

When he first burst onto the scene under Rodgers he made an immediate impact, took people on, looked like he could accelerate like a cheetah and caused all sorts of problems.

Its quite normal for a player his age to go through a period like this and I think Klopp's doing the right thing by giving him more of a bit part role.

I would like to see Ibe as one of the three behind the striker just because he has a more direct game compared to the other three at the moment who seem to be all alike in what they do.

I don't think he's that fast at all or doesn't make his pace count most times. He looks to be someone who will thrive playing in the middle.

Ibe does not have blistering pace so maybe asking him to beat his man and deliver a cross is not his forte.

This will confuse a few people but I know what you mean. He's not doing the same blistering runs as Sterling does or can. You always get the sense that a fullback will catch him up when he goes on a run, and they invariably do.

But I don't believe that's anything to do with the contents of his locker. The only person slowing him down is himself. I've seen him for the reserves and he's very fast when he's not over thinking it or as hesitant. Origi suffers the same issues - another blistering fast attacker who's not showing it yet.

I think Ibe wasn't really given good targets though, the movement upfront was poor like it usually is when Benteke plays.

I've never seen a player consistently beat a man and then fail with the final ball as much as Ibe did on Sunday - it was infuriating.

At least he was in those positions, it was infuriating but that ball through to Origi against Southampton was brilliant.
