I'd suggest that video shows he's a long way off.
He's still got a brace on his knee and it's not a deep squat, doesn't look like heavy weight either.

Looks like some basic, restricted mobility strengthening work, should be much more mobile if he was only a week or so away.

Its literally just a few second video of him doing squats with weights- nothing to look forward too But suggests that he's on his way to being able to train again soon.

Physioroom just been updated, Ibe return date moved from 28th March to 4th April.

Got a feeling the return date will continue sliding until it inevitably hits the end of the season.

ps. Flanno's return date now also moved to 4th April but Mig's return date remains at 28th March.
