Thanjk you.

He really fecked up when we sold Suarez. It was a pretty much carbon copy of how Spurs pissed the Gareth Bale money up against the wall 12 months previously. And oh how we laughted at them for that!!!
Brendan reminded me of that father ted episode where he kept tapping the dented car thinking he was going to fix it. When in reality he didn't have a ****in clue what he was doing.
What kind of annoys me about him is the fact that he keeps putting these little suggestions that he would have got better players but for the scouting system. If he was worth his salt, then he would have resigned had he not been happy with the level of control he was being given in the transfer market.
That year we came second in the league, had we bought 2 or 3 good players then, we could have went again. Sanchez was the one that got away for me. But Markovic, Lovren, Moreno, Balotelli were all disasters. Lallana too initially - only came good this season really.
But for me, when he mentioned the word "Benteke" to Ian Ayre, that is when he should have been given the bullet. Not because Benteke is so bad (i thought he was good at villa....his career has taken a nose-dive since he left them) but because he was the same Brendan Rodgers that bombed out Andy Carroll because he didn't play the Brendan way. That should have set off the flashing warning lights in Boston.
Having said all of that, I don't think he is that bad a manager. He is good value with some of the ****e he comes out with in interviews but i think he is solid enough. I think he just lost the plot a bit at Liverpool. Just like Houllier did. And it pains me to say it, just like Rafa Benitez did.
But a team like Southampton, Everton, Newcastle - they'd all do worse than to hire BR if their manager positions become available.

removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
Yes congrats Celtic in beating Hamilton Accies Nothing against Brendan, but Celtic can get to ****. My mum could have made them loook good after Ronnie Delia.
Hearts have gone to ****, getting humped of ****ing Hibs in the cup and now this pish against Patrick.
Appointing Cathro, a manager with no playing experience who is still only 30 (****ing 30!) is a massive gamble, suspect he needs time. I wonder if he'll get it.
Losing to Hibs in the cup did for Robbie Neison and he brought Hearts in 3rd.
21 league wins in a row for Godgers. Next up the only team to take points off them so far, would be funny if it happens again!
I don't get it.
I'm guessing you're a scouser with an Irish heritage, but this Celtic thing confounds me.
Nothing club in a nothing league, right? I'd be surprised if anyone outside of Glasgow really gave a poo, let alone the rest of Scotland or the broader UK. Even the Glaswegians must be losing interest surely. Imagine if Manchester United were winning 21 games in a row. We'd stop watching. And if LFC were to do the same, well, it's absolutely impossible in a competitive league.
Scottish football just comes across as comically small time. What is the point any more?
The fact he says it'd be funny for the winning streak to end against the same team that last took points of them may point to this just being a vested interest

There is no money up here outside of Celtic. It really is a one team league.
Even if Rodgers won the league winning every game it wouldn't be a crazy achievement. He's re built his reputation which is great for him, but the real tests lie out with the SPL.
