Ruben Amorim.

He's doing a similar job in Portugal as Xabi is in Germany. Broken up the Benfica/Porto dominance of the Portguese league and won Sporting their 1st league title after a 19 year drought. Well placed to win it again this season too.

He doesn't have the emotional pull of Xabi, but he does have a few more years experience and track record under his belt.

Him and Xabi are the clear top 2 candidates for me.
