No offence taken really, because despite the apparent perceptions, i'm always calm on here. I certainly dont sit here typing in a rage or in fits of anger.

You always seem alright with people until they disagree with you, at which point you get like this. I'm sure the notion that you give off 'angry' vibes isnt one that i'm alone in suggesting.

But whatever, i cant be arsed, i tried to offer genuine advice on the basis that i think you make a decent contribution & that it'd be a shame if that was lost by virtue of bans for posting in the angry manner that sometimes happens.

Starting to feel like I'll never see him back to his best again. Such a quality footballer. I remember when he was breaking onto the scene and the mancs were saying he'll never be as good as Roy Keane, and Arsenal fans similar about Viera. Well he was better then both.

Of course, but he wont be around forever and we must accept that. Obviously hoping the current issues turn out to be nothing major and he'll be back soon. But over the next few years, he will be finishing up and we will have to cope without him when it happens.

I think we've come a long way since the days where he was the only player we'd look to.

I think to be honest it is just an unfortunate turning of events, I don't think we should be worrying about Gerrards career being over just yet, if I was the groin again I would feel different but this just looks a case of rotten bad luck. Which is a massive shame.

I understand how an ankle can become Infected but this isn't the 1800's everybody knows all you have to do is wash the wound, maybe slap on some antiseptic cream, I don't know about you guys but I get loads of gashes throughout the season when I play football and they never have gotten infected. Wouldn't the club doctors have treated it properly?

I don't think we are getting the full story, but I'm sure there are good reasons for why we aren't. Hopefully he gets back asap.

I've openly admitted I did not rate Raul Merieles...But bloody 'ell fire. We look depleted in the middle. Its a shame the **** decide to up and leave so late on so we could not even attempt a replacement and best not even bother talking about no Aquilani.
Good Job where not in the Champions league and the ****s not hit the fan with injuries and a bloody good job that we have an international break coming up after this week.
