I got that, but I don't get what the 'Easy like' adds to it. I know we shoehorn names into songs and try to make them fit, but I find those lyrics a bit odd. Especially as his name isn't even Sunday.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

odds on favourite for pne manager haha! most likely bollocks but i have i source close to preston board who stated his cv was given in last week. i cannot see it happening though.

he said grayson has been on his way out for past few weeks. also mentioned that alex neil was looking most likely with uwe rosler too, compo for fleetwood was a stickler though

I really doubt he's interested in moving away from the job he just got with us. From interviews it seems that he sees this as a path to the LIverpool job in the future.

same here, he has literally just started here so i really cannot see him going to preston.

He really should not be managing at senior level yet. Just learn, learn, learn without the unnecessary pressures of getting results for now. Once you get into a rut the learning process stops. He should stay with our youth for a few more years (2 years min?).

There must be someone on that board that is a bigger bull****ter than some of our lot, loads of utterly ridiculous rumours have come from there over the years.

Could just be his agent, no?

Stevie G has always been ambitious, but I think his aim now should be to coach the first team alongside Klopp. That will have given him some great firsthand experience of some great tacticians over the last 15 odd years. Klopp for me seems to be the logical conclusion to all of the managers who have come before. We finally have a system that allows us to beat a greater team, and with the backing of the board, hopefully a team to surpass those teams in a sustainable fashion.
