I'm quite relieved it's only 8 weeks. The way he landed, went off, came back on and went off again - I was worried it was cruciate.

Have to say though, Mignolet passing to him just as he came back on hobbling about wasn't exactly the most brainy thing the keeper has ever done. There's still quite a lot of dopiness in the squad :/

I've mentioned it before but I really do believe Illori and Luis Alberto would be good players now if they were given the opportunities that others have been afforded.

Illori's a good player and it's safe to say Rodgers probably didn't fancy him or want to develop him as he wasn't his signing. It's quite apt to write this in this thread as his treatment of Sakho suggests he wouldn't know a good defender if it came out of his arse.
