Yeah and very interchangeable in terms of formations. Can go to 4-3-3, to a diamond or 4-2-3-1. I still expect Rodgers to persist with Balotlelli for one of those when Sturridge is back. Hope he doesn't though so Balotelli knows a fight is on for his place in the starting 11Comment

Ive said it before, and ill repeat it until the end of time. Once a player signs for us his fee becomes irrelevant to the conversation. It has no baring on his skill as a footballer.

That is a stupid attitude imo.....we want a team that is as good as possible. If we overspend on some players, then we don't have as much money to spend on other players. It's simple. Have to agree with Frank there the fee becomes very relevant when you actually have no more money to buy other players or can't stretch that extra few million.
It was a big fee for Lallana and we probably over paid, but i like him & think he has done well for us thus far. Hopefully he can get fully match fit & start contributing with some goals and assists.Comment
