Too be honest I thought we were getting an upgrade on Balo and Carroll.
I cant believe how lazy he is and lumbering , was hoping he would settle and tear the league up for us.
Just goes to show some players move and don't have the attitude or belief.
Watching Collins boss him versus the hammers was a bit of an eye opener for me.
I assumed he would have the fight to batter most defenders in the league but this doesn't appear to be in his psycheComment

Just been looking at the Player of the season thread and at present Benteke is joint top with Coutinho despite so many thinking he's crap

Sometimes that's the right call to throw a defender off. However you need to mix it up and Sturridge for example would have definitely been in that gap to prod home.

The whole first half the commentator was complaining that Benteke should be on to receive those high crosses. But when he came on, and especially at that moment int he screenshot above, he was despairing at why Benteke was on the edge of the box and not in the middle, couldnt understand it. And he gets paid to be that stupid. This is all Benteke does. Thats why he's not on first any more. Cant wait to get rid of him.Comment
