Klopp needs to take whatever credit he has to FSG and get them to go all in. He clearly and stubbornly wants to play a certain way but has neither the players to do it or players with that illusive winning mentality.

Need some of the best centre backs in the biz and keeper too if we want to play the Klopp way (which I advocate).

It's not about stopping the opposition scoring, that will never happen with this manager, it's about lowering the probabilities and the likelihood of them scoring.

So getting the negatives out of the way:

        1. Klopp is not the saviour, he's just a good manager. Like many others
        2. Players are not as good as we made them out (Can, Firmino, Lallana, Milner, Origi, Sturridge, Coutinho?)
        3. Our stock and our stock price is falling fast among players/sponsors

Positives that may come out of this:

        1. We run a real risk of not making top 4 for the next 3/4 years, and beyond thus FSG may find our artifically high valuation right now is a good time to exit, thus getting us the much needed Chinese cash
        2. In one of our worst second-half seasons we are still likely to finish ahead of multi-million spending Utd and even in with a shot of getting top 4
        3. Klopp will not be fired. We need continuinity and, barring Rafa, we'll probably not get anyone as good anyway
        One tit for another.

We simply do not have a plan B when teams sit deep and hit us on the counter attack. I'm not a fan of long ball tactics, but if it gets us out of a hole once in a while and gets a few results a season well so be it. Teams would play differently against us, if they were worried about an aerial threat. We need a forward player, who can score with their feet and their head too but fits Klopp's style. We get so many corners, but how many do we score from? I feel sorry for Lucas, he is not a centre back. God help us if he plays him there against Arsenal at the weekend.
This city has two great football teams

yeah totally agree with what carragher said - lucas should not be in there.

he's done a job as a makeshift now and then, likewise milner at left back....but ultimately neither are playing in the right position and it's caught up with us now.

Something wrong when Klopp signs Klavan and then picks Lucas out of position instead - why bother signing Klavan (not even mentioning the sakho issue)

but yeah a change of set up would be great - 3 at the back, get Gomez in there - play Moreno as a left wing back to give us some pace and width - why not try Mane as the centre forward alongside Origi and try and get them both making runs in behind filling the box and working the channels etc.

            Anything really

We're very easy to play against and we don't seem to adapt our tactics. I stayed silent last night but I felt we showed a total lack of respect to Leicester last night. It almost felt like we just expected to turn up and we'd role them over due to them lacking in confidence. More fool us. Why on earth we played a high line against one of the quickest strikers in the league, (who loves to play off the shoulder), and not change it when it was clear what tactics Leicester were adopting, is both friggin arrogant and negligent. It should a total lack of respect imo, Can Klopp organise a defence? I'd like to think that he can but I see very little signs of improvement and these are concerns I had even last season, but cut him some slack because he hadn't had time or a window to implement his ideas. We really are every bit as average at the back as when Rodgers managed us.

I heard some nonsense that Klopp should be sacked and replaced by Gerrard! lmao at that suggestion. There should be no talk of Klopp being sacked at all. It's an absolute nonsense as he deserves 3 years minimum imo. FSG have to go all out and back him this summer and Klopp needs to correct the mistakes he and the club made in not recruiting more players last summer and Jan window 2017. He's showed enough faith in these players and they're not repaying him. It's now time to get serious and stick a rocket up their arse.
My mate - who is a real Captain Kneejerk - has wanted Klopp sacked for weeks and last night he sent five texts. Four said "SACK HIM NOW" and the fifth said "SACK HIM NOW AND APPOINT STEVIE"

              Ok then mate. Ffs.

yeah that's just clearly not the answer it's deluded to think gerrard would do anything right now - especially with this set of players and no money to compete for the best players.

I don't want him sacked but I have lost a bit of faith in klopp these past few months

I am clinging on to the hope that he actually does know what the **** is going on and behind the scenes is furious with FSG for not backing him and he's kinda making a bit of a point by showing how **** our squad is

Klopp has gone on record to say he won't sign players who are overvalued and FSG won't maybe can't pay top wages, which leaves the club looking for cheaper players, also not having CL will have a huge impact.Fsg and Klopp are a match they can't spend Big and Klopp like to buy cheap and develop talent.....LFC will continue to be outbid on players and without CL we will imo fall further behind

                    it's a major problem though

sadly, in this day and age - you cannot compete unless you go and pay for quality. Especially when we are so far behind as it is and all the other teams around us continue to strengthen each window/certainly every summer window.

****ing hell, God I feel depressed today. Really worried about the future, we're a ****ing mess. I love Klopp but I can't see him getting us out of this stinky ****ty rot we're in. He's in charge of a bunch of skunk pussy coward cunts who have no mental strength who don't give two flying hootnanays about the club or the fans. Sick of this ****. Sick to ****ing death of it.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

There's a big difference between a very expensive player and an overvalued one. Is Messi overvalued at £100m or just expensive?

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
