I think Moreno and Firmino will come good, maybe they shouldn't be there now but I have faith in them, but I do agree with Milner, if we are to succeed he needs to be a squaddie, just like he was at City.

Not a single one of our side would get into Chelsea's best XI. At a stretch I'd give Sakho & Coutinho a chance.

We've got a lot of decent players who on their day can be very good, but too many of our players are horribly inconsistent. You only have to look at where the two sides finish on an average basis to know the difference in quality.

Milner is a good player, far better than most we have. He's not a creative player though.

I just feel we need better than good, Milner is OK for the squad but I just would rather have Henderson and Can in his place, he's about fourth on my list for a CM spot in the team now.

Suppose it depends what formation we use.

Lucas & Can look a good partnership in the middle for now, if we stuck with them I'd probably have Hendo in for Milner in the current team.

But the way Klopp played Can as the deepest CM alongside Hendo, I get the feeling Klopp is looking at them as a partnership. If that was the case, Lucas would drop out.

It's good as it reconfirms we need better players, as for a while it looked like klopp was the Messiah and could polish turds. I've great confidence he will make a difference, but reality says he needs to be able to compete financially with our competitors to make a real sustained long term difference.

I'm reevaluating and saying top four would be a result.
I think this thread may have developed but I'm reading it afresh.

It's way far too early to draw any logical conclusions about anything on Klopp’s reign. Just as it was at the end of Rodgers' first season, or Rafa's second. Things are bedding in. There's good. Bad. Ugly. Trends, not results are where we need to be looking.

Right now, it's too early to see any trends.

Yep, and he's not the second coming either. Yet.
                      Are we winning?

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp says he does not intend to make any new signings in January as he wants to give his existing players a chance.

Be surprised if we don't go for a couple though
What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins
