I don't think he approached the ref in a particularly aggressive way, I think that managers should have the right to discuss decisions with officials in an attempt to understand them and get their views across particularly when everyone in the country apart from the officials and Harry Kane could see it was a clear red cards and a clear penalty.
Regarding interviews managers are obliged to do them if you have to put up with such inconsistent decisions what does anyone expect the manager to do?
