I know it's early but I'm starting the tributes here now while I'm here!
We have a saying here in Ireland...May the roads rise with you, Jurgen! God Bless you!
The last 9 years were simply the best years of my life as a LFC Supporter, you brought hope & dreams back into our lives as they were made barren by false dawns by other managers, while we enjoyed them but we knew it wasn't to last. You came in Oct 2015 & gave us belief that we were on the cusp of something special that I would probably never see again in my lifetime as we were spoilt in the 70/80s.
You built us a team that was the envy of other fans across the world, even City fans too.
We were invincible in season 19/20 only for Covid to stop us in our tracks by pausing our season for a couple of months then we eventually won number 19 & the only sour note was we couldn't give you a party to remember to beat the one in the previous summer!
You said you were the normal one, far from it... we don't do normal at Liverpool as the only time I would be forgiven for sacrileging the YWNA... You Weren't Normal Anyway!
We loved you for being yourself & teaching us how to be a better person with your fabulous insights at press conferences, interviews, etc.
You stuck with us to give us a few more cups & trips to Anfield South to ensure that we got ahead of Utd in trophies won again.
Then at last but not least, you built Liverpool 2.0 to ensure that the next manager will have a easier task than you had at the start.
You were true to your quote " It's not how people think when you come in, it's how they think when you leave!" Never a truer word you spoke!...will be using that for my own epitaph!
Danke, Jurgen for turning us from doubters to believers!... I salute you!Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness

Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.
