I don't expect he'll change his mind. If he does, bonus.

I just hope him and this team achieve what they deserve over the remainder of this season and the next 2.

We will see, but look at Pep, he was due to leave and extended. Success and legacy will be like a drug. Can Klopp turn his back on the legacy he is creating... I am not convinced.

      Ultimately. Who knows?

Yeah, although Klopp has already also extended to take him beyond his usual 7 years to 9 with us.

He does put a lot of personal/human importance in his decisions. If he feels he owes his family after basically a decade at Liverpool then I think he’ll stick to that.

Hopefully both him and his family wish for him to carry on. But also hopefully we hoover up a glut of titles and trophies in the next 2 and bit years!

Look how much he loves it, the perfect job for him and he is still young - can he walk away from the empire he has built?

He clearly promises his missus the odd break from it all and then reconsiders. If we are still at the top and challenging I think he stays and extends, if it all goes to **** like it did at Dortmund then he might go.

No sign of this team peaking any time soon.

I think the poor run after Xmas last season, covid and worst of all the loss of his mother was his extended going to **** moments.

Also think he learned from the Dortmund going to **** and not trying to rebild after that monent and will want to go out on a high or a series of them with us.

Don't think he will sign a long term extension bit would not be surprised to see him sign a two or three year extension or something like that.

Pretty sure he has said in interviews that he did not see himself manging into his 60s so maybe a three year extention might be what happens. That way he would be contracted to the summer of 2027 and he turns 60 that summer.

That is what I am choosing to believe with regards to him staying or leaving anyway.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

All this talk about him owing it to his family… his children are grown… he should tell pep Lijnders to take over the pre season, and take 6/7 weeks to travel with the wife so she can find herself or whatever, and then tell her to shut the **** up, as he signs a 10 year extension.
            I don't tip

If he can't see himself managing in to his 60s then he may have already decided this is his last job. A short extension to take him to retirement sounds plausible

Aye, & enough time to take a stab at international football with Germany if it comes available
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

He's rich beyond his wildest dreams, drives a bloody Opel, money doesnt float his boat anymore. Challenge, i reckon, given him funds and he'll stay, also he's loyal to his back room staff, wouldnt be surpirsed to see a 2026 extension.
I make no apologies, this is me

That’d be the lift to see the team go on an unbeaten run to lift the premier league title this year.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

I read a quote a long time ago that he wants to retire early enough to explore things he and family have had to sacrifice, while he's still relatively young.

Could defo see him doing that, but...giving up managing this team is a hell of a thing to actually do in reality. Especially if we land another big final/trophy this season.
