He's absolutely ****ing brilliant. Wonderful touch, great spatial awareness, creates space for himself incredibly well in tight spaces by transferring his weight, uses the ball brilliantly, intelligent, strong as an ox - he's got it all bar searing pace.

I agree. I used to wince slightly when he was on the teamsheet, as the other midfielders all seemed to be much better in certain areas, while Wij was average at everything. nothing at all special.

He has stepped up massively. Been one of our best this seaspn

Gone up levels again this season. His ability to keep the ball in the tightest of spaces is unreal. I ****ing love him. Amazing really, but you've got to say he's the first choice midfielder out of all the options we have.
