He had a decent spell at the back end of last season, but then got injured, I think it's largely a fitness/injury thing that has held him back. He really needed a run of games to get used to his role in the side, but that just hasn't happened yet.

I've not seen the context of the quote but Klopp never publicly criticises unless there's a lack of application/bad attitude so its worrying. Might just put a rocket under him? Language is a diversion. I'm not sure Bobby knows more than 30% of what's being said either.

In midfield you may need to communicate a bit more but recurring injuries is his biggest issue, even if they are minor, they're stopping him get any real rhythm. Plenty of games this season for him to be introduced, like tomorrow night.
